Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our fulfillment warehouse and shipping providers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Domestic delivery may take between 3-7 business days pending the shipping method selected. International delivery make take 7-14 business days.
Damaged goods: We’ve taken some extra steps to ensure our hot sauces and multi-packs get delivered in perfect condition, but damage can occur. If you receive any damaged items, please take a photo and send it to orders@bayougotham.com. We will file an insurance claim with the shipping provider and send you a replacement.
Lost or Stolen packages: If the shipment tracking number of your order displays “Delivered”, but you have not received your shipment, please give it 2-3 days before filing a claim. Sometimes USPS will mark the Shipping Status as “Delivered” before they actually deliver the item. If you believe your package is indeed Lost or Stolen, please contact the shipping provider directly using the tracking number assigned to your order.
