Justin Wilson and Frank Davis would be proud... Bayou Bourré is hands down the dopest hot sauce I’ve ever tasted. It has everything you love about the flavor of backyard crawfish boils. Definitely adding a case or two to my hurricane kit. Bravo guys, you really knocked it out the park.

Dude. This... is awesome. This is one of those sauces that’s going to go right next to my desk, and it’s going to be gone because it’s going to be on my food for the next week. It’s going to be gone.

Bayou Gotham hot sauces dance on the taste buds with familiar flavors that aren’t always associated with hot sauce. Inspired by Louisiana traditions such as the crawfish boil, these sauces certainly bring the character of the bayou to the Big Apple.

I don’t know if you’ve seen “When Harry Met Sally”, but there’s a famous scene with Meg Ryan in the diner... yeah, it was that good. Best sauce on the market hands down. I wish they came in bigger bottles, but I’ll just have to buy in bulk. Thank you for putting out such a great product.

Smoked salmon & poached egg on English is my favorite breakfast. For many years, Cholula was its constant and beloved companion. No longer. My heart now belongs to Bayou Gotham. Thank you hot sauce gods for bringing this new joy to my life.

Little dab... little more dab... took off the top and poured and poured it on. It was so good... when I noticed some dripping down the side of the bottle, I licked that sh!t up! I’m ready to buy my friends the 4-pack.

Stumbled across this [Bayou Bourré] and got it for the uniqueness of a crawfish boil flavored hot sauce. I think it might be my new all time favorite. I've used half a bottle in 3 days. It's perfect on everything from chicken to sausage and egg burritos.

Flambeau Fiya — outstanding mix of taste and heat. Useful for everyday use, including chili, sandwiches, etc. It has enough heat without overpowering the taste. This is a winner! Great job on creating something different.

Ruby Rebelle is really good... a little bit boozy (in a good way) and spicy. Bayou Bourré is very close to the flavors of a crawfish boil without the crawfish. Really remarkable. Both spicy, but not overpowering. I’m going to love these.

Bayou Bourré is very reminiscent of the crawfish boil. I love it — a very worthy replacement for remoulade or cocktail sauce. The heat builds very nice through about 2 tbsp on boiled shrimp. You have won me over!
