Stumbled across this and got it for the uniqueness of a crawfish boil flavored hot sauce. I think it might be my new all time favorite. I've used half a bottle in 3 days. It's perfect on everything from chicken to sausage and egg burritos.

I'm not one to write reviews, in fact this is my first but the Bayou Bourre is hands down the dopest hot sauce I've ever tasted. I'm what has been called a spice junkie and have bought hundreds of different hot sauces in the last couple years and none of them come anywhere close to the Bayou Bourre. It has everything you love about the flavor of backyard crawfish boils without the genocide(and 6 pack of Abita Amber). The only complaint I have, is i wish it were spicier, but because it's not overwhelming I can always add more. I also really enjoy that it's a thicker sauce, theres nothing worse than hot sauce dripping on your shirt. Definitely adding a case or two to my hurricane kit... Bravo guys really you knocked it out the park

Bayou Bourré is very reminiscent of the crawfish boil. I love it — a very worthy replacement for remoulade or cocktail sauce. The heat builds very nice through about 2 tbsp on boiled shrimp. You have won me over!

I’ve tried all kinds of different sauces — all claiming to be great or whatever. I tried so many I actually considered just giving up. I guess I’m a sauce snob. Then along comes [Juju Guru] pineapple jalapeño. I don’t know if you’ve seen “When Harry Met Sally”, but there’s a famous scene with Meg Ryan in the diner... yeah, it was that good. Best sauce on the market hands down. I wish they came in bigger bottles, but I’ll just have to buy in bulk. Thank you for putting out such a great product.
