Anyway, more affordable options to get exactly what I want from this amazing hot sauce company are always a good thing. For the record we got 2 Flambaux Fiya and 2 Zing Dynasty. Those are easily my favorites. Zing on anything Asian, and Fiya on my eggs

Great Sauce, great service

We met the owner all the way out at the Sussex County fair grounds and he was incredibly nice and clearly cared a lot about his business. We bought a 4 pack of the sauces and they were all fantastic!

Bayou Bourré is very reminiscent of the crawfish boil. I love it — a very worthy replacement for remoulade or cocktail sauce. The heat builds very nice through about 2 tbsp on boiled shrimp. You have won me over!
