Zing Dynasty has great heat and soy sauce/umami flavor. It's my go to hot sauce gor all things Asian.

Not for only Asian Cuisine. This sauce has depth and flavors that compliment most foods. The heat makes you thirsty for more. Enough sting to make it memorable not painful. I would love seeing a large bottle of this on any restaurant table, grocery store, anywhere! Well Done Zing!

Bayou Bourré is very reminiscent of the crawfish boil. I love it — a very worthy replacement for remoulade or cocktail sauce. The heat builds very nice through about 2 tbsp on boiled shrimp. You have won me over!
